This course is open to all levels, but you should be able to:
• Kick up to a handstand against the wall
• Hold for 10–30 seconds
What to expect:
Pressing to handstand doesn’t happen overnight. It’s a complex skill that requires patience, time, and consistent work. This course is designed to help you understand the mechanics of pressing and to develop the necessary components to support your journey.
We’ll focus on:
• Flexibility: Pancake, box splits, and hamstring mobility
• Shoulder Strength: Especially shoulder flexion strength (deltoids, chest, and scapular control)
• Coordination: Learning how to shift and stack your body to press efficiently
Each week, Manu will guide you through drills and exercises that target these essential areas, helping you build the strength, mobility, and awareness needed to press to handstand with control
