Cancellation policyPostnatal Pilates is a class which has been carefully designed to help promote the health and wellbeing of both you and your baby. A gentle reintroduction to movement using safe Pilates movements, bringing focus back to the core and pelvic floor which is often lost throughout pregnancy and post-birth for us mamas.
Learn how to re-connect the mind to muscle connection with our body, whilst still enjoying a nice, gentle stretch of the body to sooth any aches or pains we have from nursing, carrying or playing with our babies.
In this session, expect to start with a gentle baby massage to help relax our babies at the start of class, a gentle postnatal flow and postnatal Pilates movements to rebuild and strengthen your core and pelvic floor.
This session is also open to any mama’s who want an hour to themselves (without their baby) - to fully focus on their postnatal practice. This is your practice - as well as your babies.
Suitable for any Mama from;
6+ weeks Vaginal birth
12+ weeks C Section
(or until any stitches have completely healed)
