These classes are designed to facilitate safe yoga practice and deepen your connection with baby. As well as a chance to meet other mamas to be and join an established community of mums!
Suitable for any mama to be 12+ weeks
N.B - you can join this class earlier than 12 weeks, this is down to your preference. Typically the first trimester you may feel more unwell, fatigued and generally just not feeling ‘up to it’ - however this is all personal preference and you are more than welcome to join when the time feels right for you.
