[INTER] Lyrical Contemporary

Beginning the class with a physical warm up and technique exercises (plié, tendu etc) before moving on to a new routine every single week exploring a variety of styles within the lyrical contemporary genre

Choreography classes are centred around the open intermediate level - meaning some knowledge and experience of dance is preferred, for those at a beginner’s level - as long as you’re ready to learn and progress this class is absolutely still for you!!
