Get ready to build up a sweat and WORK! Class starts with a full cardio warm up and isolation movements into strengthening exercises focusing on different areas of the body each week. This leads into a deep full body stretch and finishing with technical exercises focused in Jazz Technique, specifically turns, kicks and leaps.
