In my Yoga for All classes, through a mindful blend of movement and stretching, you’ll be guided to build strength, improve mobility, and support better balance and alignment in the body. Each class is designed to help you move with greater ease and awareness, with plenty of options offered throughout so you can adapt the practice to suit your own needs on the day.
Alongside the physical practice, we also include some grounding meditation and breathwork, creating space to slow down, pause, and reconnect with yourself. A savasana relaxation at the end includes an optional mini massage to help you rest and restore and allow your body and mind to fully absorb the benefits of the practice.
You’ll also be gently introduced to elements of yoga philosophy, inspired by the yamas and niyamas—ancient teachings that offer simple, meaningful guidance for living with greater balance, clarity, and compassion in everyday life. These reflections are shared in an accessible, down-to-earth way, inviting you to take what resonates and carry it beyond the mat.
Each session is an opportunity to arrive just as you are, and leave feeling more centred, supported, and balanced.
