This gentle class invites parents and children to explore the calming power of the breath — a simple yet profound life skill to support emotional balance, focus, and resilience. As children grow, this inner tool can help them navigate life’s more demanding or tricky moments with greater ease.
We’ll begin with a 30-minute breathwork session designed to soothe the nervous system and connect you as a family, followed by 30 minutes snuggled up with your little ones for a relaxing sound bath — a time to rest, reset, and simply be.
Children under the age of one may attend this class free of charge.
