Cancellation policyThis is a group class for all abilities, beginners are very welcome. I encourage you to work at your own pace. no need to worry what anyone else is doing. There is no competition in a yoga practice, not even with yourself. I will always help you with modifications to make the practice work for your body. This class is very accessible and will give you confidence in your body.
We always start with some warming up, sometimes a breathing practice to centre. We work towards a pose ,taking time to get there. We have fun along the way to make the practice enjoyable and achievable .
Towards the end of the class we practice some yoga breathing, which is called pranayama. This is of huge benefit to the nervous system and helps us to relax and calm before final relaxation for around ten minutes. This is so helpful for our mental health and well being and helps the immune system to work better.
