Sunrise Yoga with Bliss Yoga

Start your day right with our sunrise yoga, hosted by Megan (bliss_yoga on Instagram). Package includes:

1 Hour Indoor Yoga Session
Tea/Coffee of Choice
Light Breakfast Option

Hosted every Thursday from 7:00am. Limited to 18 people per session.
Class will be held inside upstairs (please note, there is no disabled access upstairs). If the weather is forecasted sunny and warm, we will move the class outside.
