4 Hour Ride - Expedition around Llandaff Fields!

4 Hour Ride Session Drop and go session - parents to drop off 09:00 and collect 13:00. The session will involve a fair bit of cycling, but also throwing stones in the river, half hour in the Park, some skill sessions where we stop and focus on technique. I.e. we wont be cycling for 4 hours straight, as that would kill Coach Matt too! For children who can ride a bike and take instruction. Meet 09:00 on the field by Cafe Castan in Pontcannau - 5 Cathedral Rd, Llandaff Fields, Pontcanna, Cardiff CF11 9QJ The session will likely cover 15-20km of riding, across fields and through woods as we explore! Session will end back at Cafe Castan for 13:00. Bring a packed lunch (children will not have to carry it!). #####
