In-Person Group Antenatal Hypnobirthing Courses

Cost: £225 per birth team (pregnant person and birth partner)

What’s included:

• \- 8 hours in-person teaching with a maximum of 5 other couples
• \- Bespoke workbooks containing information and exercises
• \- Hypnobirthing tracks recorded by me for you to listen to as much as you want at home
• \- A set of positive birth affirmation cards
• \- Ongoing support via Whatsapp in between classes and up to 4 weeks after birth
