HACKNEY DOWNS CLASS

Hello and welcome to HULAGAN HOOP CLASSES!

I’ve been teaching hula hooping since 2007 in NYC before moving back to London.

Learn tricks, get a stronger core, and less inhibitions from the OG of hoop teachers in the UK.

Hooping is simply a seriously fun way to get fit and let loose amongst friends.

Levels: All levels welcome

Age: 16 - 70

Hoops: Provided

Where: I will be in the corner of the park that is closest to Hackney Downs Studios, under trees by the junction of Downs Road & Rendelsham Road.

Expect: Every class will involve learning to play and dance with a hoop. There’ll be some fitness elements sprinkled throughout each class, but you’re welcome to ignore me if you’re not into that!\*  Bruises may appear if you’re new to spinning a plastic circle around your body (they do go away, promise!)

Refunds: No refunds, but if the weather is rubbish and class must be cancelled you’re welcome to attend the following class
