We invite you to join us for a heart-warming and centering yoga and meditation practice. What have we discovered about ourselves during the Spring and Summer and what do we need to let go?
The decent into darkness encourages us to turn inwards for this contemplation and cosy up as the temperatures cool and the weather becomes a little more inclement.
We will begin in circle with reflection and short balancing Meditation leading to a Yin Yang Yoga practice offering rest and reflection, energy and structure in preparing for winter. Sophie will end the afternoon with a gentle guided visualisation to support your though this seasonal transition.
Helping you to unwind, inviting a sense of calm and renewal as we welcome the coming Autumn and Winter.
