Early Bird Happy Hang Out- juniors term time Tuesdays

Get Tuesday off to an energising start with a 7.30am aerial yoga class. Its exercise in disguise ..... lots of fun exploring what we can do with the yoga slings, often things we didn't think possible !

We finish with a relaxing cocoon pose in the slings and a guided relaxation, followed with a heathy treat to set us up for the school day.

Children attending AJS junior school will then be dropped off at school by Rebecca. Those attending other schools can be collected at 8.25am
