This friendly and practical session is designed to give you the knowledge, skills and confidence to provide emergency first aid to babies and children – from newborns through to children. You’ll learn how to stay calm and take action in those scary moments no one ever wants to face.

Who are we?

We’re Happy Hearts First Aid, passionate about helping parents feel calm and capable. Our sessions are fear-free, down-to-earth, and led by experienced healthcare professionals who also happen to be mums… we get it.

Meet your trainer: Sammy

Founder of Happy Hearts, Sammy is a mum of three, former Registered Nurse, and nurse teacher with over 15 years of experience teaching CPR and first aid. She has a Masters in Nursing Education and is on a mission to make first aid friendly, evidence-based, and empowering. You're in safe hands with Sammy!
